12 Week challenge winners!
My tanky trio of ladies just went through an intense full mind and body overhaul and not only did they show up to EVERY SINGLE SESSION for the entire 12 weeks but the proof of their efforts is in the combined 92cms of fat loss they achieved between the three of them, I'm so proud of these girls and how much their attitude changed over this time, their improvement of fitness, changing their diets, keeping track of their progress and taking photos, an...d all this from doing only 2 hourly sessions with me a week! This wasn't just for 12 weeks, this has given them all a kickstart to an amazing healthier future with a more positive mindset towards themselves! Had so much fun training all three of you and you definitely deserved every bit of progress you received as well as the super cool trophies you scored from the B.I.G herself wink emoticon Keep up the amazing work ladies! the anb vic swimsuit and fitness model comp 2015:
recently I took my first pair of girls on to train up and coach for their first bikini comp. this has not only been an amazing experience but I have taken so much from it, and I hope the girls have also. id just like to shoutout each girl individually for their own achievements during their time with me: emma: being a personal trainer, you often lose yourself and your own goals for health and fitness while helping others, being able to help her not only reclaim that but in the meantime shred a massive amount of body fat, build up her upper body strength a heap (we went from barely doing feet push ups to doing full blown chin ups) aiding her scoliosis to make her more symmetrical for the event but she also managed to lose a whopping 14kgs off her already petite frame! great effort and happy to be a part of it. Rachel: as she already had her own nutritional plan in place, we focussed more on the aesthetics and "leaning down" for the event, improving her posture and her mobility with leg exercises, helping her reclaim depth with squats without losing the amount of weight she was lifting (as well as ditching the weight belt and building up some core strength) we built up her legs to give her a more feminine shape for the event. so happy with the end result! |
